This event, along with the March and April events, has been designated a come-along event by the Cascadia Board and is not an official Cascadia event. Please observe safety for yourself and others by wearing a mask and practicing social distancing. Mossyrock has offered us canopies and tables for outdoor socializing. Also note that parks are frequently updating their policies and procedures. The information provided below is the most recent available.

Registration Details:
Call the park to make your reservations and let them know you are with the Cascadia group. Note that cancellations made 14 days ahead of your first night will still result in a $29 fee. Cancellations made less than 14 days before your first night will cost the equivalent of one night. No shows will cost the total amount of your reservation.
We have 26 sites reserved. Sites cost ~$50-$65 per night with full payment due to the park upon arrival.
Notify Cascadia. Drop an e-mail to the Cascadia registrar with your arrival and departure dates and number of people. Registration is open until April 19th or until we have filled the reserved spots, whichever comes first.

If you need to cancel your reservation, contact the park directly to confirm your cancellation and please let the registrar know that you will not be coming.
