Registration Details:

We have 25 sites reserved from Thursday through Sunday although some will want to stay through until Monday and some may not want to arrive until Friday. The park is very accommodating once you are able to reach them. Rates are $45-50 per night.

Call the park to make your reservations noting your site #. Make sure to state that you are with Cascadia RVing Women so you get placed with our group and get any group pricing if offered. Many parks also offer Good Sam, AAA, or military discounts so you may want to check on that as well.

Fill out the Cascadia Online Registration Form. This provides information to Cascadia RVW that will help with planning the event. The registration form is not a site reservation, you must call the park for your reservation.

If you are planning to attend this event but are not staying at this RV park please still register on the Cascadia site so we know you’re attending.

Cancellations: Please check the park website for cancellation instructions before you book as each park has their own policy. Also, please notify the registrar that you have cancelled, again, to help us plan.

Things To Do: Check the park website and links for activities both in the park and surrounding area.

5:30 – Meet and Greet
6:00 – Taco/burrito Bar Potluck
Bring smallish amounts of toppings and/or hard taco shells. The Club will provide soft tortillas and meat options.
6:45 – Dog walk
7:00 – Join your fellow Cascadians for an assortment of games

Saturday
8:30 – Coffee and continental breakfast
10:00 – Book Group
1:00 – Craft Project
Create a beautiful tea towel with potato prints of your design. Instructions and guidance will be provided.
5:30 – Meet and Greet
6:00 – Salad and Dessert Potluck
6:45 – Dog walk
7:00 – More fun and games of your choice

Sunday
8:30 – Coffee and breakfast items
9:00 – Rig Christening and Farewell
